Introducing Democrat Candidates for Marlborough Board of Selectmen, Susan McFarland and Anthony Bratz

Our Board of Selectmen candidates bring diverse professional and civic experience, with an average age of 47.

​

Susan is an 18-year Marlborough resident and served for 12 years on the Zoning Commission. She spent over 30 years in Health, Safety, and Environmental Affairs at United Technologies, including at Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky, and Barnes Group Inc. Most recently, she was Vice President at Barnes Group before retiring. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Science and an MBA.

Anthony is an Engineering Supervisor who manages a team overseeing multi-million dollar engineering contracts. He currently serves as an alternate on the Zoning Board of Appeals and is a full member of the Water Pollution Control Authority.

Together, Susan and Anthony form a strong ticket that combines knowledge and service with fresh perspectives, representing a new generation of leadership for Marlborough.
