Introducing the Democrat Candidates for Marlborough Elementary School and RHAM Board of Education

MES Board of Education:
- Raymond “Chip” Morris: Chip currently serves as the MES Board Chair and is a practicing Psychiatrist. He is a former teacher that has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Medical Doctorate from Jefferson Medical College.
- Linda Earley: Linda is an educator and current MES board member, serving as the board’s Secretary. She is a public school evaluator and consultant with a history as a school psychologist, special education teacher and English teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in English, a Master’s of Arts in Special Education, and a 6th Year Degree in Educational Psychology.
- William “Bill” Guzman: Bill brings a distinguished background in education. He holds a J.D. from UConn Law, as well as Master’s and Sixth-Year Degrees in Education and Educational Leadership from the University of Hartford. His career includes roles as Assistant Superintendent in New Britain and Hartford, and Superintendent in Tolland.

RHAM Board of Education:
- Pamela Farrington: Pamela is a current RHAM board member and an Educator with over 30 years experience of classroom experience. She holds a Master’s of Early Childhood Education degree and is pursuing a degree in Educational Administration.

Together, the Board of Education Slate brings a wealth of experience in Education and brings a mix of incumbents and new candidates that maintain organizational knowledge of the boards while bringing in new ideas and energy. These candidates have the leadership experience and fresh insights needed to guide our schools forward. The Marlborough educational system is one of our town’s main assets, and these candidates are vital to elect to the MES and RHAM boards this November.
