Marlborough, Connecticut Democratic Town Committee

Seeking Candidates for Boards and Commissions!

It takes more than simply living in a town to be a part of the community. That's why the Marlborough Democratic Town Committee is accepting applications from registered Democrats, Independents, and Unaffiliated voters to serve on our local Boards and Commissions.

We encourage people who’d like to have a say in how our community develops to consider serving on one of the Town’s elected or appointed Boards and Commissions. While previous Board experience is not necessary, fresh ideas, an open mind, a cooperative spirit and boundless enthusiasm for improving the town are certainly welcome!

If you are interested in serving on a Town Board, Commission, or Committee, please call Amy Traversa at (860) 771-1134 or Betty O’Brien at (860) 573-0552. We’ll answer your questions and let you know which seats are available!

Be the change you want to see!

The Marlborough Democratic Town Committee, through our advocacy efforts and our support of the platform of the Democrat Party, will engage the people of Marlborough in actions that promote a well-managed, vibrant and caring community.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, all meetings are held virtually via Zoom. For instructions on joining the Zoom call ahead of the next meeting, please contact us.
